Chip Check Microchip Scanner for Lost Pets

Remember newspaper vending machines? Well, we've repurposed a few into pet microchip scanning stations! (Thank you to Datamars for sponsoring a few of our scanners!) We're partnering with multiple locations on convenient ways to reunite pets with their families.

• Anytime of day or night, bring the lost pet by, scan it for a 'Chip Check' to see if the owner can be located, and follow the next steps on the box.
• Additional locations will be added around town.
• You can still visit any Waco Fire Station for a microchip check!
• Residents can call Pet Circle Waco Regional Animal Center for details on how to get their animal microchipped.
• Remember, when a chipped pet gets out, they get a free ride home from Animal Protection Officers, and they can be reclaimed for free if they make it to Pet Circle!

  Mon - Fri: Noon - 6 p.m.
  Sat: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
